Everything I write here is sometimes right.
Everything I write here is sometimes wrong
This is a message to my heyoka brothers and sisters. We know that there are many who think they are heyoka and are not and that there are some who do not know they are heyoka, but are. There are some who wish to be heyoka but they do not know what they are asking or they would change their minds quicker than the lightning flash, for that within us that brings sacred power also brings peculiar vulnerabilites.
I go deep into myself and I feel you outside myself. I know many are hurt and/or hurting. Many are kept outside the circles of people and are not wanted. It is fear they feel of the possibilities within transformation; of change, of those of us who stand outside of the law; answering only to the Mystery, that it may be made whole in it’s renewal within sacred reality. Fear of the shadows that they may carry and the mirroring they may see within heyoka’s eyes and actions.
Some honor us or love us but do not know us or see us, so their honor and love are not real to us. They sense only power but are afraid of it as well. Few, so very few, will ever recognize us. Only those who share our path will ‘see’ us clearly when the Mystery brings paths together.
I feel the hurt and hurting as the people become more and more bound to the shadows and substitute their beliefs for perception. I have been hurt too, but I am limping still. This Way we are given is sacred and moves us when it wills or is called forth by situation. When it moves through us, we should step aside of ourselves and let this Way move as it must. We must always keep this Way sacred and good, even when we are attacked, threatened or subject to humiliation. Keep this Way good always for it is SO sacred and needed especially when it is so rejected.
Our Mother Earth hurts with Heyoka. Heyoka hurts with Mother Earth. It is easy to hide, my brothers and sisters, but even in hiding this Way will manifest. It is good when we can be accepted into the circles of people for it is always a sign that their circle is whole. But this is a scarce occurrence. Most often when we are invited in our sacred way will be rejected in its first movements. We are wanted/not wanted. We are loved/feared.
This Way we have been given is Sacred and Powerful. We, at least, must not try to run from it for that path will lead us to shadow. This heyoka Way is needed now more than ever and is the ever appearing “thing” that those bound to law and habit and fear wish would just disappear. Without heyoka, the circles of the people cannot be whole, their laws not be whole, their perceptions cannot grow. Heyoka is the ever appearing “asking”, the question that no one wants to answer, the nagging missing part the the circles of the people’s wholeness. We are “not what they expected” and sometimes surprise even ourselves. That peculiar awareness of unity-within-duality in perception.
Keep your way good! We heyoka may never meet but we will stand together as we stand apart.
